How Long Does a Typical Treatment Take?
Your ThermiSmooth® treatment can last anywhere from 15-45 minutes depending on the area that’s being addressed as well as the severity of your laxity. The procedure is quite comfortable and most patients equate the sensation to that of a gentle, warm massage. In fact, many patients actually fall asleep during the procedure thanks to a precise temperature controlled system.
What Results Will I See?*
Immediate skin tightening effects will occur after a single ThermiSmooth® session. However, multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve your desired outcome. Most patients need up to 4-treatments to get the results they want with ThermiSmooth® for the face. Results from ThermiSmooth® can last upwards of 1-year with maximum benefits being seen after about 3-months.
Is There Any Downtime?
There is no downtime with the procedure so you can resume all of your daily activities following treatment. You can expect minor redness or swelling at or around the treatment site for several hours post-procedure. Aside from that, side effects are typically minimal. Patients should consider maintaining a good at-home skincare regime including the application of sunscreen to ensure an optimal outcome throughout treatment.
