How Long Does a Typical Treatment Take?
Treatment times can vary depending on the size of the treatment area as well as the severity of your condition. Aerolase® is one of the fastest laser treatments on the market and doesn’t require the need for a topical anesthetic. In most cases, patients can expect to be in the office for less than an hour.
What Results Will I See?*
Aerolase® is one of the only lasers on the market that’s able to safely and effectively treat melasma. While you may see some initial results after just one treatment, most patients need between 3-6 sessions to achieve a desirable outcome. Grey-brown melasma patches will gradually fade with each successive Aerolase® treatment. It can take up to 6-months for final results to become evident.
