How Long Does a Typical Treatment Take?
Botox® injections take just 15-minutes making it the perfect lunchtime or in-between meeting treatment. As a convenience, we apply a topical prescription strength numbing cream to prepare the area before the injection process begins. Most patients report minimal discomfort throughout treatment. You can expect to be in and out of your appointment in less than an hour.
What Results Will I See?*
Botox® Cosmetics produces fast-acting results you’ll love. The injectable starts to take effect in just 3-days leaving you with a well-rested and more youthful appearance. Botox® is the ideal anti-aging procedure before a big event. The treatment temporarily reduces visible wrinkles for up to 4-6 months. Is There Any Downtime?
You won’t need to take any time for recovery after your Botox® treatment. The procedure is considered a no-downtime treatment allowing you to return to most activities immediately. You should avoid laying down and refrain from rubbing the treatment area for up to 4-hours after your appointment. Otherwise, there are no major restrictions associated with Botox®. You may experience redness, swelling, tenderness, and in rare cases, bruising. Side effects are typically short-lived and should subside within several hours to several days.
