How Long Does a Typical Treatment Take?
Prior to providing you with laser skin rejuvenation, our practitioners will perform a comprehensive evaluation of your skin. Your treatment is administered in pulses to the targeted area, providing you with a warm and soothing sensation throughout treatment. A topical numbing cream will be offered, but this is not usually required for a laser genesis procedure. The treatment can be completed in 30-minutes or less and requires zero downtime.
What Results Will I See?*
Over the course of treatment, you’ll start to see an improvement in textural problems as well as facial redness. Many men and women report seeing positive results as early as 2-weeks when collagen production is boosted. Continued improvement typically happens for up to 3-6 months after their final session.
Most patients need anywhere from 4-6 Laser Genesis treatments to get the most out of their procedure. While individual results are typically gradual, the overall effect of your series of treatments provides exceptional results with a healthy complexion. Touch-up treatments can be done on an annual basis or as needed to maintain lasting results.
Is There Any Downtime?
No. Laser Genesis treatments are non-invasive and don’t require any downtime. Patients are able to get back to their regular schedules directly after treatment. Side effects are typically minimal and subside quickly over the course of several hours to several days. You may experience slight redness, swelling, or tenderness at the treatment site.
