How Long After Botox® Until You Can Get a Facial?

Expression lines and wrinkles are one of the earliest signs of aging, and they often sneak up on you. First, your skin creases when you smile, laugh or frown. Over time, those creases remain even when your face is resting. Botox® treats these expression lines and wrinkles by relaxing targeted facial muscles.

How Does Botox® Work?

Botox® is a neuromodulator that uses botulinum toxin to correct facial lines and wrinkles. Botox® treats expression lines such as forehead wrinkles, creases between the brows, crow’s feet, and lines around the mouth and nose. This injectable treatment targets the facial muscles that cause these wrinkles.

When injected, botulinum toxin travels to the targeted facial nerves and interrupts their muscle signals. Without signals from the nerve, the muscles allow lines and wrinkles to relax. Although it is often known as a neurotoxin, botulinum toxin causes no harm or permanent changes to your nerves or muscles.

How Long After Botox® Can You get a Facial?

While complications after Botox® are very rare, the botulinum toxin can move out of place if you disturb it too soon after your injections. You should avoid touching or rubbing your face for at least 4 hours after treatment. This allows Botox® to become settled into place. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours for a facial, preferably several days.

You should also plan to skip your exercise routine for at least 24 hours after Botox®. Strenuous activity can also cause the botulinum toxin to move out of place. If this does happen, you may notice some temporary effects on other facial muscles. Most people who follow these instructions have no complications or issues with their Botox® injections.

How Long Does Botox® Last?

You can expect your Botox® results to become noticeable within a few days and fully developed after seven to ten days. Your smooth, youthful-looking results last four to six months. Several factors can affect how long your results last, including how your body metabolizes Botox®. People with regular Botox® treatments may see their results last longer than those just starting.

Do I Need Botox® or Dermal Fillers?

Botox® and dermal fillers promise to smooth lines and wrinkles, so you may wonder which one you need. The right choice depends on the type of wrinkles you want to treat. Lines caused by facial motion, like glabellar lines (the 11s) between the brows, respond well to Botox®. Deep creases around the nose and mouth may respond better to dermal fillers. Only a consultation can determine which one will work best for you.

Am I a Good Candidate for Botox®?

Good candidates for Botox® want to address expression lines and wrinkles. While many choose Botox® to treat existing wrinkles, many have begun choosing preventative or “baby Botox®.” This treatment uses small amounts of Botox® to prevent lines and wrinkles from forming. You should not have Botox® if you are pregnant or have certain medical conditions.

How Does truSculpt® ID Work?

Have you been exercising regularly and following a healthy diet but still struggle with problem areas of fat? No one wants to see those extra inches on their figure, and stubborn fat that doesn’t respond to weight loss efforts can be especially frustrating. That’s why Manhattan Aesthetics offers truSculpt® ID body contouring to give you the slim figure you’ve worked so hard for.

What is truSculpt® ID?

TruSculpt® ID is an innovative, non-invasive body contouring treatment that uses radiofrequency energy to destroy fat. This technology is an advanced version of truSculpt® 3D that offers faster treatment of large areas. The truSculpt® ID device can treat large areas or multiple areas simultaneously with six applicators.

Common treatment areas for truSculpt® ID include:

  • Abdomen
  • Thighs
  • Flanks (love handles)
  • Buttocks
  • Arms
  • Submental fat (double chin)
  • Bra rolls

EmSculpt NEO & truSculpt iD Manhattan

How Does truSculpt® ID Work for Fat Reduction?

TruSculpt® ID uses monopolar radiofrequency energy that’s nonablative, meaning it does not damage the skin. This RF energy heats up targeted fat cells, and the body’s lymphatic system naturally flushes out these damaged cells. The result is reduced fat in the treatment area.

Additionally, RF energy stimulates the skin to produce more collagen. Increased collagen leads to tighter, more elastic skin, which can improve the appearance of cellulite. TruSculpt® ID permanently removes fat cells to slim your problem areas and provides skin tightening benefits for a more contoured, toned figure.

What to Expect With truSculpt® ID Treatments

A truSculpt® ID treatment at Manhattan Aesthetics is fast, convenient, and effective. Your experienced provider will simply place the applicators on your treatment areas, and the device will deliver RF energy to the targeted fat cells. Though you may feel some slight heat, the procedure shouldn’t be uncomfortable and takes as little as 15 minutes.

Because truSculpt® ID uses gentle, nonablative technology, it doesn’t damage your skin and doesn’t require any downtime. You’ll be able to return to your usual routine immediately after treatment.

TruSculpt® ID Body Contouring Results

Though the radiofrequency energy destroys your targeted fat cells within a few minutes, it takes time for your body to filter them out. TruSculpt® ID results develop gradually over one to three months.

TruSculpt® ID permanently destroys fat cells, which means your results should last as long as you maintain a stable weight. Most patients need just one session for an average of 24 percent fat reduction in each treatment area.

Am I a Good Candidate for truSculpt® ID?

One of the things that set truSculpt® ID apart from competitors like CoolSculpting® is that it’s safe for people with a BMI above 30. It also works for all skin types.

That means almost anyone at any weight is a candidate for truSculpt® ID. However, it’s important to remember that truSculpt® ID is not a replacement for weight loss and that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is essential to preserving your body contouring results.

How Often Should You Get Botox®?

Botox® is one of the most popular cosmetic treatments, and for a good reason. If you’re looking for a convenient but effective anti-aging solution, Botox® might be the answer. But how long do results last, and how often will you need to get injections?

How Does Botox® Work?

Botox® is the brand name of a neuromodulator made from botulinum toxin. Though there are several neuromodulators made with this neurotoxin, such as Xeomin® and Dysport®, Botox® is the oldest and most well-known.

Neuromodulators like Botox® are used to treat dynamic wrinkles, such as frown lines, crow’s feet, and forehead lines. The botulinum toxin in these injectables blocks signals between nerves and muscles, temporarily relaxing the targeted facial muscles. This prevents the repetitive movements that cause dynamic wrinkles and helps smooth them out for a rejuvenated appearance.

Botox® Results: How Often Should I Get Botox®?

Botox® offers fast results after a single convenient treatment. You’ll see reduced lines and wrinkles within a few days for a smoother, younger appearance. These results typically last three to six months.

Everyone’s body is different, so Botox® lasts longer for some people than others. For some, their results gradually improve with subsequent treatments. You can get maintenance injections every few months as needed. Typically, patients should expect to need two to four Botox® treatments a year for optimal results.

What to Expect With Botox® Injections

One of the things that make Botox® so popular is its convenience. We’ll apply a topical numbing cream for your comfort, and once this has taken effect, the injection process only takes 15 minutes. You can expect your entire appointment to take less than an hour.

Manhattan Aesthetics was ranked among the top Botox® providers by Allergan, and we are proud to offer our patients optimal anti-aging results with Botox® treatments. During your consultation with one of our board-certified dermatologists or licensed medical aestheticians, we’ll assess your concerns and help you create a treatment plan that will restore and maintain a more youthful appearance.

What to Do After Botox®

You won’t need to take any downtime after Botox®. After the simple lunch break procedure, you can return to your regular activities immediately, though some patients experience mild swelling or bruising at the injection site. This should only last a day or two.

To prevent Botox® from spreading and affecting your outcome, it’s best to avoid strenuous exercise for the first 24 hours. Don’t rub your face, apply pressure to the treatment area, or lie down for a few hours after your appointment.

Am I a Good Candidate for Botox®?

Botox® injections are an ideal anti-aging treatment for many patients. Botox® can also benefit younger patients as a preventative measure to stop dynamic wrinkles from forming. If you want to reduce or prevent fine lines and wrinkles with safe, convenient treatment, you may be a good candidate for Botox®.

What is Sculptra® Made Of?

Are you starting to see lines and wrinkles when you look in the mirror? Time isn’t always kind to our skin, and many of us don’t want the expense or downtime of a surgical facelift or other invasive treatment. That’s why many people are using dermal fillers like Sculptra® to smooth out wrinkles and rejuvenate their appearance with a simple, convenient treatment.

What is Sculptra®?

Sculptra® is an injectable dermal filler that can restore facial volume and reduce lines and wrinkles. Though most commonly used on the face, Sculptra® can also rejuvenate thinning and wrinkling in the hands and can even be used to subtly lift and smooth the buttocks in a liquid butt lift.

Manhattan Sculptra

What is Sculptra® Made Of?

Like other dermal fillers, Sculptra® is an injectable gel, but its unique formula offers longer-lasting benefits than many of its competitors. The active ingredient in Sculptra® is poly-L-lactic acid or PLLA. This biocompatible synthetic material doesn’t just add volume but also stimulates new collagen production for long-term improvements.

How Does Sculptra® Work to Reduce Wrinkles?

As you age, your skin loses elasticity and firmness. This causes sagging and wrinkles, which are accentuated by volume loss. Dermal fillers, including Sculptra®, help restore this lost volume for a more youthful look and improved contour, which also smooths out wrinkles.

But Sculptra® also takes it a step further. By stimulating collagen production, Sculptra® rejuvenates your skin from the inside out. Increased collagen leads to tighter, healthier skin with few lines and wrinkles.

A Sculptra® treatment is a simple procedure with a few strategic injections. Your Manhattan Aesthetics provider will apply a topical numbing agent to ensure your comfort, then mark the injection areas. The injection process takes just 15 minutes, but your appointment may take approximately an hour to allow the numbing cream to take effect.

Sculptra® Benefits and Results

Sculptra® results aren’t quite as fast as other dermal fillers, but they develop gradually for a more natural look. Most patients need a series of three treatments spread over three to four months, and results will appear gradually over this period. Your Sculptra® results will then last two to three years, compared to HA fillers that typically last less than half that time.

Sculptra® is a versatile treatment with several applications. It is most commonly used to treat:

  • Nasolabial folds
  • Marionette lines
  • Chin lines and wrinkles
  • Sunken cheeks
  • Hollow temples
  • Forehead lines

Am I a Good Candidate for Sculptra® Dermal Fillers?

With so many uses and benefits, Sculptra® is an ideal treatment for many patients. You may be a good candidate if you’re looking for a convenient, long-lasting treatment to combat signs of facial aging. Sculptra® can also be beneficial for restoring volume to aging hands or smoothing the buttocks and reducing the appearance of cellulite. Schedule a consultation at Manhattan Aesthetics to see if Sculptra® is right for you!

What Is the Difference Between EmSculpt® and EmSculpt NEO®?

Many people lead a healthy lifestyle and still struggle to tone and shape certain areas. We all accumulate stubborn fat in different places, and some muscle groups, like the abdomen, are a special challenge to tone. EmSculpt® and EmSculpt NEO® provide powerful non-invasive body sculpting. EmSculpt NEO® also helps shape and contour by removing fat.

What is EmSculpt® for Body Sculpting?

Cardio and strength training can tone your muscles, but achieving your desired definition can be challenging. EmSculpt® uses HIFEM (High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic Field) to trigger muscle contractions. These contractions mimic the type of activities you might do in a gym, but it repeats them thousands of times in each treatment. As a result, your muscles become stronger and more toned.

EmSculpt NEO & truSculpt iD Manhattan

What Is the Difference Between EmSculpt® and EmSculpt NEO®?

EmSculpt NEO® is the newer version of the treatment that was introduced to the market in 2020. It uses a combination of HIFEM and radiofrequency (RF) energy to target muscle and fat. This combination allows EmSculpt NEO® to build muscle, reduce fat, and improve skin laxity. The addition of RF energy also makes EmSculpt NEO® more versatile. It can target more areas of the body, such as the thighs and arms. Combining these two treatments keeps your toned, defined muscles from being hidden by a layer of superficial fat.

How Many EmSculpt NEO® Treatments Will I Need?

Building new muscle definition and removing targeted fat usually takes a few sessions. Most people have four treatments over a few weeks. On average, people see up to 30% less fat and 25% more muscle in targeted areas. Since muscles only retain their tone and shape if used, we recommend maintenance treatments every six months to keep your muscle definition. The fat cells broken up by RF energy will not grow back, so you can keep your sculpted results as long as you maintain a consistent weight.

Is There Any Downtime With EmSculpt NEO®?

Both treatments are non-invasive and do not require any downtime. Your muscles may feel sore in the same way that they would after a workout at the gym. Staying hydrated and eating a nutritious diet will help your muscles rebuild with more strength and tone.

Am I a Good Candidate for EmSculpt NEO® Body Sculpting?

Almost anyone makes a good candidate for body sculpting with EmSculpt NEO®. We recommend this treatment for anyone who wants to achieve a slimmer, more toned figure. Ideal candidates are near their goal weight and have reasonable expectations. While EmSculpt NEO® does remove fat, you should not consider it a weight-loss treatment.

How Long Will Aviclear™ Results Last?

Regardless of your age, acne breakouts can be frustrating and embarrassing. Worse, they can even leave scars. Aviclear™ has revolutionized acne management with its safe, drug-free laser treatment. Unlike other methods, Aviclear™ gives you long-lasting relief with three treatments, letting you enjoy clearer skin with fewer worries about medications or side effects.

What is Aviclear™?

In the past, acne has been treated with over-the-counter products, topical prescriptions, and oral medications. If these have not given you relief, or if you wish there were an easier way, you may be a good candidate for Aviclear™. Aviclear™ is the first FDA-cleared energy treatment for acne. This laser system targets the root cause of acne for fast, effective control while protecting your skin.

How Does Aviclear™ Treat Acne?

Acne occurs when oil from your sebaceous glands becomes trapped inside your pores, combining with dead skin cells and dirt. This clogged pore can provide a home for bacteria that trigger inflammation and redness. Aviclear™ uses a 1726nm wavelength laser that does not affect skin cells. Instead, it targets the sebaceous glands, which absorb heat from the laser. The heat damages these glands, decreasing their oil production. A sapphire cooling system ensures comfort for your skin throughout treatment.

How Long Will Aviclear™ Results Last?

Aviclear™ works best as a series of three treatments spaced three weeks apart. Each treatment takes about 30 minutes, making it easy to fit into busy schedules. People who achieve improvements with Aviclear™ maintain them for nine months or longer. Aviclear™ causes long-term inactivation of the sebaceous glands so you can enjoy long-lasting results.

How Effective is Aviclear™ for Treating Acne?

Research demonstrated that most people with three Aviclear™ treatments saw at least a 50% improvement in their acne. Most saw a noticeable decrease in the frequency and severity of breakouts. You may start to notice a decrease in oil production within a few weeks. 80% of people saw significant improvements in three months.

Is There Any Downtime With Aviclear™?

You can return to your usual activities immediately after your Aviclear™ treatment. Some minor redness and swelling may occur for a day or two. Some people experience a breakout after their first treatment, which is normal and less likely to occur after the second or third session.

Am I a Good Candidate for Aviclear™?

Your Manhattan Aesthetics team is proud to offer Aviclear™ to teens and adults. This treatment is safe for all skin types and tones. It successfully treats all types of acne, including hormonal and severe cystic acne. Good candidates seek a drug-free acne solution that will give them months or years of worry-free results.

How to Prepare for Dermal Fillers

Many areas of the face lose volume as we age, leading to lines, wrinkles, and hollowness. Dermal fillers can restore facial volume to smooth lines, wrinkles, and deep creases. They can also restore youthful softness and definition to the cheeks, lips, and other areas. Dermal fillers come in a range of materials, so your Manhattan Aesthetics injector can choose the best one for you.

What are Dermal Fillers?

Dermal fillers are biologically safe injectable materials that enhance facial volume. They come in many different materials, making each one suitable for different purposes. Your Manhattan Aesthetics team offers a wide selection of filler brands and materials. Your expert injector will select the right filler or fillers to treat your concerns.

How to Prepare for Dermal Fillers

Getting dermal fillers injected is a simple process that can take as little as fifteen minutes. To prepare for your treatment, we recommend following these tips:

  • Avoid supplements and over-the-counter medications that increase bleeding
  • Avoid alcohol consumption
  • Do not schedule dental work within two weeks after fillers
  • Do not smoke
  • Limit salty foods to help avoid swelling

Medications like aspirin and ibuprofen can increase the possibility that you might have bruising after your injections. Dental work could disturb newly injected filler, so give it time to settle before planning your next dental cleaning.

Is There Any Downtime With Dermal Fillers?

Dermal filler injections do not require any downtime. You can leave your appointment and return to your daily routine immediately. You might notice some spots of bruising or swelling in the injection area. These are usually mild and will fade within a few days. Following the pre-procedure instructions can help limit whether you develop these effects at all.

What Types of Dermal Fillers are Available?

Your Manhattan Aesthetics team offers almost all major types of dermal fillers, including:

Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic acid is a molecule found naturally in the skin, where it increases and maintains hydration. It can form cross-links and chains that let manufacturers create many varieties. Fillers of this type include Juvederm®, Resylane®, and Belotero®.

Poly-L-lactic Acid

While most dermal fillers add volume, this material triggers the body to increase its own natural collagen production. Poly-L-lactic acid promotes collagen development in the dermis to boost your skin’s natural volume. Sculptra® is a poly-L-lactic acid dermal filler.

Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA)

Bellafill®, a PMMA dermal filler, uses tiny microspheres that act as a scaffold for your skin to build a stronger collagen framework. Bellafill® is the longest-lasting dermal filler with a lifespan of five years or more

Calcium Hydroxylapatite

This filler uses microspheres of calcium hydroxylapatite, a material naturally found in bones, suspended in a gel formula. Fillers of this type include Radiesse®. This multi-use filler can be used for lines, wrinkles, and facial sculpting.

How Many TruSculpt® ID Sessions Will I Need?

EmSculpt NEO & truSculpt iD Manhattan

Even the healthiest lifestyle cannot always give you the sculpted figure you want. Most of us have a few spots that hold onto fat no matter how hard we try. TruSculpt® ID can target these stubborn areas to slim and shape them. At Manhattan Aesthetics, we’ll help you finally address those challenging spots and achieve your aesthetic goals.

What is TruSculpt® ID for Body Contouring?

TruSculpt® ID is a non-invasive body contouring treatment that targets fat without harming the skin or other tissues. It can be used in most places where you may accumulate fat. TruSculpt® ID can remove up to 35% of targeted fat for satisfying results. It provides long-lasting results, often in as little as one treatment.

Trusculpt id New York City

How Many TruSculpt® ID Sessions Will I Need?

Many people only require one TruSculpt® ID session to achieve their desired results. If you give your results time to develop and want to remove more fat, you can have more sessions. Most people do not need more than two or three treatments. Unlike other non-invasive fat removal methods, TruSculpt® ID sessions only take 15 minutes, letting you fit them into any busy schedule.

How Does TruSculpt® ID Work?

TruSculpt® ID body contouring uses radiofrequency energy that targets fat cells without harming the skin. The RF energy heats the fat cells, causing them to break apart. Your lymphatic system will filter away the damaged cells, making the entire process effective and painless. TruSculpt® ID can target problem areas, including:

  • Arms
  • Thighs
  • Calves
  • Abdomen
  • Flanks
  • Back and bra fat
  • Under the chin

RF energy has an added bonus not shared by similar treatments. It triggers cells called fibroblasts in the deep layers of the skin to produce more collagen. As a result, your skin becomes firmer and tighter as the fat disappears.

When Will I See My TruSculpt® ID Results?

While RF energy only takes a few minutes to break up fat cells, your lymphatic system takes time to remove them. You may start to notice results within a month. Full results become visible after about three months. Once your body contouring results develop, you can expect them to last as long as you maintain a stable weight.

Is There Any Downtime With TruSculpt® ID?

Since RF energy does not injure the skin, TruSculpt® ID requires no downtime. You can return to work or other activities immediately. Slight warmth and redness may last a few hours, but you will not feel discomfort.

Am I a Good Candidate for TruSculpt® ID?

Almost anyone makes a good candidate for TruSculpt® ID. Unlike similar treatments, TruSculpt® ID is safe and effective for obese or even morbidly obese individuals. People with more body fat usually need more treatments, but they can see significant benefits in body contouring.

How to Get Rid of a Double Chin

Kybella New York City

Many people associate a double chin with excess weight, but even slender people can have one. Manhattan Aesthetics offers two non-surgical ways to get rid of your double chin. Both allow you to achieve a more sculpted neck and chin for a boost of confidence.

What Causes a Double Chin (Submental Fat?)?

A double chin can appear for a variety of reasons. Submental fat, the fat under the chin, can develop regardless of your weight, although individuals with more body fat are more prone to it. Genetics can contribute to your double chin by affecting where your body stores fat. Age can cause skin laxity that makes accumulated fat more obvious.

Kybella New York City

How to Get Rid of a Double Chin

A double chin is difficult to hide and can make you feel self-conscious. Fortunately, we offer two non-surgical treatments to help get rid of it. We will help you choose the method that matches your needs and lifestyle.

Kybella®

Kybella® is the first FDA-approved injectable treatment for your double chin. It uses synthetic deoxycholic acid, a molecule used in digestion to break up and absorb fat. When injected into your double chin, Kybella® damages and breaks down fat cells. Your lymphatic system filters away these fat cells over the next few months.

TruSculpt® ID

This comfortable, non-invasive method for double chin removal works by using radiofrequency (RF) energy to break up fat cells. TruSculpt® ID targets and heats fat cells, causing them to break down. This treatment can remove up to 35% of fat from targeted areas, and as a bonus, it firms and tightens the skin with new collagen production.

How Many Double Chin Treatments Will I Need?

Getting rid of your double chin could take as little as one treatment. The vast majority of people who have TruSculpt® ID will only need a single treatment.

The number of Kybella® treatments varies depending on the amount of fat and your body’s response. You may need between two and six treatments to achieve your desired results. In both cases, results take several weeks to become visible and three to four months before you see the full benefits of your treatment.

Is There Any Downtime With Double Chin Treatment?

Kybella® and TruSculpt® ID require no downtime. These non-surgical treatments allow you to return to your usual activities immediately. TruSculpt® ID can cause some minor redness and sensitivity that lasts a few hours to a few days. Kybella® typically causes some swelling that can last a week or two after each treatment.

Am I a Good Candidate to Get Rid of My Double Chin?

If you have a double chin, either of these treatments might make a good choice for you. Ideal candidates have fat under the chin and good skin elasticity. Fat cells will not grow back after treatment, so results will last as long as you maintain a stable weight.

How Much Does EmSculpt NEO® Cost?

EmSculpt New York City

Are you frustrated with working hard to tone certain muscles with unsatisfying results? EmSculpt NEO® provides a tool for shaping and building muscle. It removes excess fat at the same time, slimming and tightening your most troublesome areas. This non-invasive treatment lets you see the results of your efforts with a more sculpted figure.

What is EmSculpt NEO®?

You have many options for body contouring, but most only remove fat. This will help you look slimmer, but only firm, toned muscles can give you the sculpted appearance you want. EmSculpt NEO® can target areas like the abdomen, thighs, and buttocks. It uses two forms of energy to remove excess fat and tone muscles in one treatment, giving you more results with each session.

EmSculpt NEO & truSculpt iD Manhattan

How Much Does EmSculpt NEO® Cost?

Pricing for EmSculpt NEO® varies depending on where you live and which provider you choose. Your total cost also depends on how many treatments you need. The average EmSculpt NEO® treatment costs $700 to $1,000. We recommend a consultation so we can assess your needs and give you an accurate estimate.

How Does EmSculpt NEO® Work?

EmSculpt NEO® uses a combination of HIFEM (high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy) and RF (radiofrequency) energies to give you more results with each treatment. HIFEM energy passes harmlessly through the skin to target your muscles. These rapid pulses of energy mimic the effect of over 20,000 repetitions in half an hour. At the same time, RF energy targets fat cells, breaking them apart so the body can remove them.

How Many EmSculpt NEO® Treatments Will I Need?

Muscle toning requires repetition, so you will need a series of EmSculpt NEO® treatments to achieve results. We recommend four treatments spaced five to ten days apart for maximum muscle building. Each treatment will also help to remove more fat, so nothing hides your newly sculpted muscles.

Muscles need work to stay toned, so your Manhattan Aesthetics provider may recommend follow-up treatment every six months. The fat removed by EmSculpt NEO® will not grow back, so your results will last as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Is There Any Downtime With EmSculpt NEO®?

EmSculpt NEO® requires no downtime, and you can return to your usual activities immediately. This non-invasive treatment causes no injury to the skin, so no recovery time is needed. You may feel muscle soreness similar to what you would experience after a workout. This soreness indicates that muscle reshaping has started.

Am I a Good Candidate for EmSculpt NEO®?

EmSculpt NEO® is safe for all skin types and tones. Unlike most other body contouring treatments, EmSculpt NEO® works for people with a BMI as high as 35. Ideal candidates are within 15 to 30 pounds of their target weight. Candidates should have reasonable expectations and be prepared to maintain their new sculpted muscles.
